Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through social media, professional networks, and job portals.
- Post job openings across relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary discussions/interviews with interested candidates.




- Share shortlisted profiles with the hiring team/client.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Collect required documents from selected candidates and support the verification process.
- Coordinate CTC discussions between the client HR and candidate.
- Support candidates throughout the offer acceptance and onboarding process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment
- Good candidate coordination and follow-up skills
