About The Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented US IT & Engineering Recruiters to join our expanding recruitment team at KYYBA Inc, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build or advance their careers in US staffing and recruitment. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various US-based IT and engineering roles.

You will work closely with clients and candidates to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. The ideal candidate is proactive, quick-learning, and passionate about connecting talent with the right opportunities. This role is perfect for candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience who are eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (BS or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and recruitment skills, with experience in US staffing preferred.
- Proficiency in VMS/MSP recruitment processes and W2 staffing expertise is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive,



and target-driven with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving US staffing industry landscape.
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be given preference.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract qualified US IT and engineering candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and possess the necessary skills and experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and compliance requirements related to US staffing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
