Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Coimbatore. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking within the local market. Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role involves maintaining an updated talent pipeline,



supporting workforce planning, and collaborating with leadership to understand role requirements. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment records, and ensure hiring practices align with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for recruitment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes, documentation, and recruitment best practices.
- Prior experience recruiting in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore and engaging with local talent markets.
- experience in real estate experince is plus
