We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in RR Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in talent acquisition and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize top online job portals to source and screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
Interviewing:
- Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Share detailed job profiles and company information with candidates during interviews.
Candidate Engagement:
- Obtain consent from candidates for interviews with company managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates through emails and verbal interactions.
Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and client company representatives.
- Assist in the offer generation process and ensure timely completion of documentation.
Follow-up:
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
Reporting:
- Compile and submit daily reports and MIS (Management Information System) to seniors
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.
- Any other task assigned by seniors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet tight deadlines.
