Phoenix Assurance Pvt Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad!

? Location: 1005–1006, 10th Floor, Shilp Zaveri Building, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? Experience: 1 to 2 Years

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive skilled who can manage end-to-end Core Recruitment while also supporting HR Operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding

✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

✅ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines

✅ Assist with HR Operations tasks – documentation,



attendance, and employee records

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

✅ Support HR generalist activities as needed

Requirements

? 1–2 years of experience in Core Recruitment (Operations exposure preferred)

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/portals

? Ability to multitask and manage HR operations alongside hiring
