"House Of Biryan" is a fast-growing food brand passionate about delivering authentic biryani experiences to customers. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter (Intern or Fresher) who will play a key role in optimizing our end to end recruitment rocess.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated freshers to join our team as Recruiter.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are interested in building a career in Recruitment and Human Resources. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and position closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good convincing abilities, and a willingness to work in a target-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Hiring for Blue and White Collar Position
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
- Search and identify candidates based on required skills, qualifications, experience, and location.




- Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
- Explain job opportunities, roles, responsibilities, and interview processes to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and reporting manager.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network/database.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- No Targets but pure team building for the brand.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Graduate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
