Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Nashik. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for restaurant and corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, building candidate pipelines through online platforms and local networks, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

The role will maintain accurate recruitment records, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with operations leadership to forecast staffing needs across outlets.



The Recruiter will also help strengthen employer branding, ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and contribute to a positive, inclusive hiring experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition and interviewing skills, including experience with sourcing, screening, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, local networks, and referral programs.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members at all levels.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, local labor laws, and fair, non-discriminatory hiring standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced QSR or retail setting; prior experience in hospitality or food service recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, applicant tracking tools, and common office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, collaborate closely with operations teams, and travel occasionally to outlets if required.
