FreJun is hiring a full-time Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and end-to-end hiring.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and independently handling multiple hiring requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Handle automated and technology-driven recruitment workflows.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Screen candidates through calls and initial assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate records, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Use multiple hiring platforms and sourcing channels effectively.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and close positions efficiently.

- Other candidate sourcing and recruitment platforms
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years of practical recruitment experience.
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in hiring candidates across different roles and functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment processes and hiring funnels.
- Ability to independently manage multiple open positions.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment tools, ATS/CRM systems, and automated workflows.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who has genuinely handled hiring and candidate sourcing and can independently manage recruitment activities rather than someone with only theoretical HR knowledge.
Prior experience in startup hiring, technology recruitment, or high-volume hiring will be an advantage.
