Hiring: Recruiter- Non IT Bulk Hiring

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Volume Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our frontline teams, including Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, and Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end volume hiring for frontline and sales positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, referrals, consultants, job drives, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Assess candidates on communication skills, sales aptitude, and role suitability.
- Conduct and manage walk-in drives and bulk interview batches.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
- Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-joining ratios.




- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, offers, and joining ratios.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring.
- Experience in BPO, ITES, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or B2C/e-commerce hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
