Role & responsibilities - Recruiter White Collar Sourcing
- Source and screen White Collar professionals for Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction projects across Gulf, MENA and Europe.
- Handle sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and social media.
- Screen candidates based on technical experience, project exposure, qualifications, certifications and regional experience.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely submission of suitable CVs against client requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, documentation, selection and mobilization.
Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate with 2+ years of hard-core exp in white collar sourcing for international clients such as ARAMCO, ADNOC, BAPCO, KNPC, KOC, PDO, Qatar Energy, Qatar Gas etc.
Must have experience in sourcing candidates for Turnaround, Shutdown, Maintenance & EPC Projects.
