Corenest Tech LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and applications according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and basic screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the HR team.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, assignments, and selection updates.
- Maintain proper records of shortlisted, selected, and rejected candidates.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Freshers and students pursuing HR, Management, or related fields are welcome to apply.
