What would you do?

- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
- Implementation of gen.
- ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing.
- Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as energetic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts. What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Financial Consolidation & Close Operations - P1
- Education : Bachelor degree in Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics , Accounting
- Experience : Up to 6-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 4 years in R2R in insurance industry and 3+ years in Managerial role
- Strong command of UEP,IBNR & OSLR concepts along with claim cost forecasting
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data management tools Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting for premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance, and investment transactions.
- Review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and provisions.
- Own month-end close governance and reporting. Manage stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and control requirements.
- Drive standardization and automation opportunities.
- Lead a team and support performance management
- Drive issue resolution and stakeholder management.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Mentor team members and support knowledge management.
