Role Description The Receptionist Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and coordinate front-desk operations in a professional and welcoming manner.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries about projects, providing basic sales information, maintaining visitor logs, and directing clients to the appropriate team members. The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as managing appointments, organizing documentation, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform core receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and maintaining a well-organized front desk.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries and provide transparent,



accurate information to clients and colleagues.
- Proficient clerical skills, such as appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic record-keeping to support daily office and sales activities.
- Customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment, addressing client needs, and supporting the sales process.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing) and digital calendars.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer-facing sales support role is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
