About the role
This isn't a cold-calling job with a quota sheet taped to the monitor. You'll be the human side of a digital platform, helping investors get started, get comfortable, and get more out of SKY. If you can explain markets to someone without making their eyes glaze over, we'd like to talk.
What you'll do
- Acquire and onboard new clients onto HDFC SKY through digital leads, referrals, and partner channels
- Build long-term relationships with a portfolio of active investors and traders
- Guide clients through account opening, platform features and product options across equity, derivatives and mutual funds
- Drive activation and engagement so new clients actually start using the platform
- Deepen relationships by introducing relevant products based on each client's needs
- Handle client queries promptly and work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Meet monthly targets for acquisition, activation, and revenue
- Keep every interaction within SEBI and internal compliance guidelines
What you'll bring
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing is a plus)
- Relevant experience in broking, wealth, banking or financial services sales
- A working understanding of equity markets, derivatives and mutual funds
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification, or willingness to complete it within [X] days of joining
- Transparent communication in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus)
- Comfort with digital tools, CRMs and a phone-first way of working
- A client-first attitude and the patience to explain the same thing five different ways

- Experience with a discount or digital-first broker
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors)
- An existing network of investors or HNI clients
