- Handle and process activation requests received through various channels.
- Verify customer and service details before initiating activation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely activation.
- Track pending, completed, and rejected activation requests.
- Follow up on incomplete documentation or information.
- Resolve activation-related queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure all activations are processed as per company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and meet defined service-level targets.
- Identify recurring issues and highlight them to the reporting manager.
- Support the team in daily MIS preparation and operational reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
