Role Description The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and documentation of clinical findings in accordance with established protocols. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for consultations and procedures, assisting physicians during examinations, and monitoring patients for changes in condition, while ensuring timely escalation when needed. The nurse will educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care, and support infection control, safety standards, and proper use of equipment within the clinic.





The role involves coordinating with other clinical and administrative staff to support smooth patient flow, maintain accurate records, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

Qualifications

- Current nursing registration/license with relevant nursing council and completion of an accredited nursing program (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent).

- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response.

- Strong knowledge of standard nursing procedures, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols in an outpatient or clinic setting.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a respectful and empathetic manner.

- Ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation and use electronic or paper-based medical records systems as required.

- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple patients, and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

- Willingness to work assigned shifts, adhere to clinic policies, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or primary care setting is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with diagnostic and outpatient procedures is an advantage.
