Role Summary You will be the first point of contact at our Pune office, handling visitors, calls and front-desk work, and you will keep attendance and basic admin records for the team. You will report to the HR & Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities Front desk Greet visitors, maintain the visitor register and inform the concerned staff Answer and transfer calls; take messages accurately Manage the inward/outward courier and dispatch register Keep the reception area neat and presentable Attendance & HR support Maintain daily attendance for office and field staff,



including checking the attendance app Keep leave records up to date and share the monthly attendance summary with HR Maintain employee files and joining documents Coordinate interview schedules and candidate visits Admin support Track office supplies and raise requests on time Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, courier, maintenance) Arrange meeting rooms and support staff travel bookings Do basic data entry and filing in Excel / Google Sheets Requirements Graduate (any stream) 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office or admin executive Valuable with MS Excel / Google Sheets and email Speaks Marathi, Hindi and English clearly and politely Organised, well-presented and good at keeping records
