Job Summary:-

The Receptionist cum Junior Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, managing the reception area, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team in delivering an excellent shopping experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-focused approach while maintaining the premium image of the jewellery showroom.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Customer Service

- Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage customer appointments and walk-in visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Coordinate customer waiting lists and offer refreshments when required.

Sales Support
- Assist customers in understanding jewellery collections and product features.
- Support senior sales executives during customer interactions.
- Generate customer interest and convert walk-in inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell and up-sell jewellery products, accessories, and services.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries and pending purchases.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain daily visitor and customer registers.
- Prepare basic sales reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams when required.
- Handle appointment scheduling for jewellery trials, repairs, and deliveries.




- Ensure proper filing of customer documents and invoices.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up for festive offers, new collections, birthdays, anniversaries, and loyalty programs.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Store Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
