Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable Residential & Commercial Real Estate Projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads/database.
- Understand customer requirements regarding Residential & Commercial Properties.
- Explain project details, including location, configurations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and available options.
- Promote Luxury Residential Projects, Premium Properties, Commercial Projects, and Studio Apartments.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly and maintain proper lead records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain customer information and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and maintain professional communication.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Banking, Insurance, Education, or Telesales will be preferred.
