About the Role
Keshav Harihar is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle customers, generate and manage leads, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities and other relevant information to customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads through the sales process.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards successful closures.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Stay updated with the Ahmedabad real estate market and local property trends.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Real estate experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad property market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Confident in handling customers and property site visits.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working on-site at Behrampura, Ahmedabad.
What We’re Looking For Someone who can understand the customer, build trust, follow up consistently and convert genuine enquiries into bookings.
Salary
