About the Role
Ascens Buildcon LLP is looking for motivated and result-oriented Freelance Real Estate Sales Partners to join our growing sales network. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work independently, build their real estate network, and earn attractive commissions based on successful closures .
The role is suitable for experienced real estate professionals, freelancers, independent property consultants, sales professionals, and individuals with a strong network of potential buyers/investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop potential real estate clients through personal networking, references, leads by company and market outreach.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential properties.
- Coordinate property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process until closure.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for project information, inventory, pricing, and documentation.
- Achieve sales closures and earn commissions as per the applicable payout structure.
