Role Description The Real Estate Sales role at Openhouse is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting property viewings, explaining home features and warranties, and guiding clients through legal and financial formalities.

Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, offering personalized property recommendations, maintaining detailed records in sales systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience.



The role also involves building long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing Openhouse’s values of trust, transparency, and quality in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and relevant Real Estate knowledge.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience in closing property transactions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities and client relationship management skills.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Real Property laws, documentation, and local market dynamics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours as required.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; prior experience in residential real estate is beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
