- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude can also apply.

- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers and investors.

- Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Present suitable properties and explain their features, pricing, and benefits.





- Arrange and conduct property visits with prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Stay updated on available properties, market trends, and pricing.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Pay: ₹13,795.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
