Position: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Jasola Apollo, New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site + Field Work Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability About the Role- We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Jasola Apollo. The role involves both office-based coordination and field sales activities . This is not a desk/office-sitting-only job .
The candidate must be comfortable travelling for client meetings, property visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and other field activities whenever required.
Key Responsibilities Generate and handle potential real estate leads. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Arrange and attend client meetings and property/site visits. Travel to the field whenever required for client meetings and property-related activities. Conduct property presentations and explain project details, pricing, and other relevant information.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication. Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful deals. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth completion of the sales process. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Candidate
RequirementsExperience in real estate sales or a related sales profile will be preferred. Candidates with strong sales, business development, or client-handling experience may also apply. Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with clients. Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and property visits. Must be comfortable with field sales and outdoor work . Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in approach.
Candidates who are already based in or near Delhi/NCR will be given preference. Candidates residing outside Delhi/NCR must be willing to travel to Delhi for the interview rounds.
