Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, digital marketing, channel partners and referrals.

- Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective buyers, showcasing project features, amenities and pricing.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options across Aqura's project portfolio.

- Negotiate pricing and payment terms within approved guidelines to close bookings.

- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation and deal closures.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits and conversions in the CRM.

- Prepare and process booking documentation and coordinate with the legal/documentation team.

- Follow up with existing customers for referrals, upgrades and post-sale satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

- Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing and market trends in the Pune real estate market.

- Ensure all sales communication and documentation comply with RERA guidelines.
