About BookMyAssets
BookMyAssets is a real estate company focused on residential plot investments in Dholera. We work with investors, explain projects and opportunities clearly, and take them through the complete buying process.
We are looking for someone who can handle leads, speak with customers, explain residential plot projects in Dholera and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads
• Understand customer requirements and investment goals
• Explain projects and opportunities clearly
• Follow up with interested buyers
• Handle questions and objections confidently
• Keep lead details and follow-ups updated in the CRM
• Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Confident communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Experience handling leads and sales targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to achieve
Knowledge of Dholera Smart City will be an added advantage
