Salary:

- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + 15% Incentive
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + 15% Incentive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and converting leads into successful property transactions.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential real estate customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Schedule and conduct property visits/site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Convert qualified leads into property bookings and sales.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Stay updated about available properties, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Positive customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or sales tools is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate, property sales, insurance, banking, automobile sales, or other field-sales roles will be preferred.
