Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focusing on real estate marketing for rentals and sales of villas, flats, plots, particularly in Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Kokapet, and the Financial District. The role involves generating and managing property listings, conducting site visits, coordinating property showings, and maintaining accurate records of available inventory.

The professional will engage with prospective tenants and buyers, respond to inquiries, provide property information, and guide clients through the rental or purchase process. Day-to-day tasks include preparing marketing materials, using online platforms and social media to promote properties, building relationships with owners and investors, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and leasing targets.



The role also requires regular market research to track pricing, demand trends, and competitive offerings in key Hyderabad micro-markets.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, especially residential villas, flats, and plots in Hyderabad’s prime areas.
- Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Background in Real Estate Development or exposure to project layouts, approvals, and local regulatory aspects is an advantage.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle client queries, provide property tours, and build lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad micro-markets such as Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli, Kokapet, and the Financial District.
- Proficiency in using digital listing platforms, basic MS Office tools, and social media for property marketing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present information clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and maintain accurate documentation of properties and client interactions.
- Prior experience in real estate brokerage, property management, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
