Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team

Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

Handle customer negotiations and closures

Monitor leads, site visits and follow-ups

Train and motivate sales executives

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + attractive incentives

? Sales Executive

Experience: 1–4 years in sales, preferably real estate

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and leads

Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups

Arrange and conduct site visits

Explain project details, pricing and payment plans

Convert leads into bookings and achieve targets

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + attractive incentives
