We are seeking an ambitious, client-focused Real Estate Consultant to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through seamless real estate transactions.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, conducting in-depth market research, matching clients with ideal residential or commercial properties, and negotiating favorable terms. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory

Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to analyze needs, financial profiles, and property criteria to design tailored real estate strategies.

Market Analysis: Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to accurately price listings, evaluate investment yields, and identify emerging local market trends.

Listing & Showings: Coordinate high-impact marketing campaigns, stage properties, schedule open houses, and host private viewings.

Negotiation & Deal Management: Draft, review, and negotiate purchase contracts, counteroffers, and contingencies to protect client interests.

Transaction Coordination: Work closely with escrow officers, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and title companies to ensure on-time,



compliant closings. Pipeline

Generation: Prospect, cold-call, and network to continually build a robust pipeline of qualified buyer and seller leads. Qualifications & Skills proven sales or real estate consulting experience (top-performing newcomers with transferable sales experience are welcome).

Technical Proficiency: Experience using MLS, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss), and digital transaction management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Dotloop).

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and cross-party negotiation skills. Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
