Role Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Coordinator to support our property operations by visiting residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent, capturing property photos and videos, collecting basic information, and coordinating with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
- Take clear photos and videos of properties available for sale or rent.
- Capture rooms, interiors, exteriors, parking, entrance, frontage, amenities, and other key areas.
- Collect basic property information from owners or property contacts.
- Share property photos, videos, location, and details with the Zorba Estates team.
- Coordinate with property owners regarding property access and visit schedules.




- Keep the internal team updated about completed property visits.
- Follow the daily field schedule and complete assigned visits on time.

Requirements
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Smartphone with a good-quality camera.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with property owners.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
