About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Field Associate to support our property operations across Bengaluru.

The primary responsibility is to visit properties available for sale or rent, take clear photos and videos, collect basic property information, and share the details with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties across assigned areas of Bengaluru.
- Visit properties available for sale or rent.
- Take clear and presentable property photos using a smartphone.
- Capture rooms, interiors, exteriors, parking areas, frontage, and other important spaces.
- Take short property videos when required.
- Collect basic property details such as location, property type, size, price/rent, and availability.
- Coordinate with property owners or representatives during visits.




- Share photos, videos, and property information with the Zorba Estates team through WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding property access and visit schedules.
- Ensure property information is accurate and complete.
- Complete assigned field visits within the required timelines.

Requirements
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone camera and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
