Acuerdo India Private Limited is expanding its real estate sales team in Gurugram and is looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join us as Real Estate Telesales Executives.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in real estate sales, telesales, customer interaction, lead generation, and business development. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain relevant real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
- Schedule property visits and client meetings where required.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, real estate sales, BPO, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome with strong communication and sales skills.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
