React Developer Intern

Front-End | Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site) | 3-Month Internship

INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE

Duration: 3 months, in office. Conversion: Performance during the internship is reviewed at the end of the term. Strong performers are converted to a full-time role at Arcitech AI; this is not automatic and is assessed against the same bar as our full time hires for this function.

Prior project experience (academic, personal, freelance, hackathon, or open-source) directly relevant to this role is required to be considered — we are not hiring purely on academic credentials with no applied work to show.

Role Overview

Arcitech AI is looking for a React Developer Intern to join our front-end team. You will work under the guidance of our Sr.



React Developers on real components and features that ship into our products — not throwaway practice tasks. This internship is a proving ground: strong performers over the 3-month term will be considered for a full-time Associate React Developer role. You should already be comfortable writing React code and have at least one project — academic, personal,

or freelance — that shows you can build and ship something, even at a small scale. We will teach you our stack and standards; we are not teaching React from zero.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain UI components in React.js under the guidance of a Sr. React Developer, working on

real product features.
- Work with APIs and state management (Redux, Hooks, Context API) to wire components to real data.
- Implement responsive, cross-browser UI to match design specs.
- Debug issues in your own code and in existing code, with support from senior developers.
- Participate in code reviews — both receiving feedback on your PRs and learning how senior developers

review code.
- Take ownership of at least one small feature or module end-to-end during the internship, as a basis for

your conversion evaluation.

Qualifications





- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0–1 years of professional experience — internships, coursework, and self-driven projects all count.
- Mandatory: at least one React project you can walk us through — academic, personal, freelance,

hackathon, or open-source. Applications without a demonstrable project will not be considered.

Skills

- Working knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Some exposure to Redux, Hooks, or Context API — or clear evidence you pick up new concepts fast.
- Basic understanding of consuming REST APIs.
- Willingness to learn TypeScript on the job.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the discipline to debug methodically rather than guess.
- Clear communication — able to explain what you built and why.

Nice to Have

- A GitHub profile or portfolio link with visible code.
- Exposure to Git workflows (branching, pull requests).
- Any exposure to TypeScript.

Other Details This is a 3-month, on-site internship based at our Vashi, Navi Mumbai office. You will be mentored directly by our Sr. React Developer team.
