Job Summary

We are seeking an R&D; Engineer to lead the design, testing, and commercialisation of next-generation wire and cable products. You will optimize materials, drive product performance, and ensure compliance with European, South American, and global market approvals.

Engineering.Experience: 3+ years of R&D; or engineering experience in the wire and cable industry

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development: Design next-generation cables, develop prototypes, and evaluate electrical, mechanical, and thermal performance.

Global Compliance: Ensure all designs meet certification frameworks for Europe (CE, CPR), South America (INMETRO, IRAM), and global standard bodies (IEC, UL, RoHS, REACH).Material Science: Research and select advanced polymers, conductors, and insulation materials to improve durability and reduce costs.Process Support:



Scale up designs to full factory production and troubleshoot manufacturing or material failures.Documentation:

Maintain engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and compliance dossiers for global registration.Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical

.Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of global approval and Indian approval requirements (e.g., European, Latin American, and North American cable standards).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in cable extrusion, shielding, and 2D/3D CAD software(the last two are optional)

.Core Traits: Solid analytical problem-solving and cross-functional project management skills.
