About Kapxha Dynamics

Kapxha Dynamics is a DPIIT-recognized defense-tech startup based in Jaipur, building the autonomy and intelligence layer for UAVs and counter-drone systems. We are a small, fast-moving team working on real hardware that flies, not just code in a repo.

About the role

You will work closely with our R&D; team to build, test and improve intelligent autonomous systems across UAVs and edge-computing platforms. The role involves hands-on work across C++/Python, computer vision, ArduPilot, MAVLink, embedded Linux and AI on edge devices .

What you will work on

- Develop and maintain software for Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson and other edge-computing platforms.
- Robot Operating System (ROS and ROS2) for autonomy software architecture and sensor fusion
- Embedded firmware development on microcontroller platforms such as STM32, ESP32, and Arduino
- Work with ArduPilot and MAVLink for vehicle control, telemetry and mission execution.
- Integration of GPS, IMU, LiDAR, and camera sensors for navigation and obstacle avoidance
- Computer vision for object detection and tracking
- Field testing and iteration on real UAV and robotics hardware





Who we are looking for
- 0 to 5 years of experience in robotics, embedded systems, UAV engineering, or computer vision, or a strong fresher with solid personal or academic project experience in these areas
- Hands-on experience building, flying, or testing drones, UAVs, or robotics hardware, not just coursework or simulation
- Strong fundamentals in C++ or Python for software and embedded roles
- Strong plus: ROS or ROS2, Pixhawk or ArduPilot, STM32 or ESP32, a DGCA drone pilot certification
- Comfort working in a small team with high ownership and quick iteration
