Role Description This is a full-time, on-site R&D; Manager role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The R&D; Manager will lead research and development activities for new and existing automotive products, overseeing concept development, prototyping, testing, and iterative improvement.

The role involves managing a multidisciplinary R&D; team, assigning tasks, mentoring team members, and fostering a team-oriented environment focused on technical excellence and timely delivery. The R&D; Manager will plan and track projects, coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams, and ensure that projects meet performance, cost, and compliance requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating new technologies, analyzing data from experiments and field use, preparing technical documentation and reports, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D;) and applied research for automotive products.
- Proven skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, motivate, and develop R&D; staff.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including planning, scheduling, and delivering engineering projects.
- Solid understanding of automotive engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to analyze experimental data, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience working on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions under time constraints.
