- Research & Development of Lithium-Ion Battery Packs for EV and other applications.
- Battery pack design, development and performance improvement.
- Work on Battery Management System (BMS) and battery electronics.
- Assist in battery cell selection, pack configuration and component selection.
- Develop and test battery prototypes as per technical requirements.
- Conduct battery testing, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and product specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for product development.
- Support continuous improvement, cost optimization and new battery product development.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Lithium-Ion Battery Technology, BMS and Battery Pack Design.
- Understanding of electrical/electronic circuits and battery testing.
- Knowledge of battery design/software tools will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
