Role & responsibilities The RCU Risk Manager will be responsible for managing risk assessment and fraud control for Affordable Housing Loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) segment. The role focuses on verifying low-to-mid income customer profiles, property documents, and field validations to ensure portfolio quality and prevent fraud

Preferred candidate profile

Conduct RCU checks and field investigations for Affordable Home Loan & LAP cases.

- Perform residence, office, and property visits to validate customer and collateral details.
- Verify income documents, banking patterns, and surrogate income methods (for informal segment).
- Cross-check property ownership, legal documents, and technical valuation reports.
- Identify fraud triggers such as identity mismatch, cash income manipulation, or third-party involvement.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and sales teams for case validation.
- Manage field investigation agencies (vendors) and ensure quality control.
- Monitor early warning signals (EWS) and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare RCU reports, fraud cases, and MIS dashboards for management review.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines
