Attrition to be controlled for high performing candidates

Development of Review Tools, Risk Model and Enhancement of Client Reporting-

- Development and adding new features to Review Tools
- Updation of MF &
- PMS Review Tools on Monthly basis
- Working on other peripheral works to improve reporting of IPS Statement.
- Assisting Sparsh Team to bring all tax related information of client across bank products and TPP investment under single click on IB/MB platform

Development, Regulation &
- Maintenance of Alternate Products-

- Identifying, Ideation of Product and Entity Due Diligence, for AIF/PMS Product
- Identifying, Ideation of Product and Entity Due Diligence, for Offshore Product
- preparation of rationale note for all AIF / PMS product,
- building and updating models on PMS and fixed income




- evaluating changes in Asset Allocation and model portfolio structure,
- interactions with AMCs for product updates, market views, etc.
- Identifying, evaluating and sourcing Positive Yielding structured products,
- Sourcing deal for higher rated primary and secondary market debt offerings for our customers
- Assisting DBAT team to create MF module on MB platform
- Assisting Sparsh team for client obsession

Interaction with IPG / Product Team
- Priority Team
- Affluent Business Team (ICs, SRMs &
- RMs)-

- Handling WSs / RMs queries as asked by clients
- Preparing sales pitch as required by sales team
- Reviewing Client Portfolio on requirement
- Helping IPG / Product Team on various issues in the scheme rationalization
- Following with RM for client pending drawdown amount in a product

Preparing research reports and presentations related to MF and Alternate Products
- Preparing reports and presentations related to equity and debt markets.
- Preparing Monetary Policy, Investment Perspectives, Union Budget and Presentations across other products
- Note or Presentation on Alternate Products as required by team
- Monthly corporate presentation on Fixed Income
- Quarterly EPF Review presentation
- Sourcing secondary market bond quotes for clients (AAA bonds, Tax Free bonds, Structured Products, etc.)

Regulatory requirement- Completion of all modules which are mandatory and regulatory requirement

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Graduation/ MBA from a recognized university
- 8 - 15 years in the BFSI sector

Role Proficiencies A successful candidate should possess the following:

- Knowledge of banking regulations and norms
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good networking and relationship building skills
