Job Purpose :

- To perform X-ray and other assigned radiological procedures safely and efficiently, ensuring good-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and radiation protection standards.
- Perform routine X-ray examinations as prescribed by the doctor.
- Verify patient identity, examination details and relevant clinical information.
- Explain the procedure to patients and ensure proper positioning.
- Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.




- Ensure appropriate exposure factors and obtain quality diagnostic images.
- Follow radiation safety protocols and use PPE/lead protection.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
- Identify and report equipment malfunction to the concerned authority.
- Maintain daily records, registers and imaging documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the X-ray room and equipment.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.
