ABOUT THE ROLE

Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory movement, order processing, dispatch coordination, data management, and procurement support. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring orders are prepared and shipped on time, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting product development activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inventory Inflow & Outflow Tracking: Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure stock movement is documented and traceable.
2. Order Preparation & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate order preparation, including picking, packing, invoice preparation, and shipment scheduling. Use Shiprocket and other relevant shipping platforms to arrange dispatches and track shipments.
3. Sourcing, Recording & Data Management: Support sourcing activities, maintain organised inventory and procurement records, and update data files and reports using Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
4. Product Development & Vendor Sourcing: Assist with research and development (R&D;) for new product development, identify potential vendors,



and coordinate with suppliers to gather product, material, and pricing information.
5. Workflow Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day inventory and order-related workflows with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to support smooth and timely operations.
6. Material Procurement: Identify materials and supplies required for order preparation and dispatch, coordinate procurement, and help ensure necessary packaging and operational materials are available when needed.

DESIRED SKILLS · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

· Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory data.

· Familiarity with order processing, packing, invoicing, and shipment scheduling.

· Experience with Shiprocket or similar shipping platforms is an advantage.

· Positive communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to prioritise tasks and meet dispatch timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
