ABOUT THE ROLE creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand identity across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and social media trends, and be able to create visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Audience Insights: Understand consumer preferences, interests, and beauty-related trends to develop relevant and engaging social media content.
2. Content Creation: Plan, create, and shoot engaging content, including reels, stories, and other short-form videos, while maintaining Raafiaura’s premium brand aesthetics.
3. Social Media Platform Management: Manage the brand’s social media platforms, handle audience interactions, respond to comments, and encourage engagement through meaningful conversations.
4. Content Scheduling: Develop and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing across social media platforms.
5. Post Creation & Basic Editing: Create visually appealing social media posts,



creatives, and promotional content. Perform basic video and image editing while ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
6. Camera & Content Production: comfortable working in front of the camera, assisting with product shoots, and supporting the creation of engaging visual content.
7. Trend Analysis & Competitor Research: Monitor emerging social media trends, analyse competitor activities, conduct relevant research and development (R&D;), and identify opportunities to improve the brand’s content strategy.

DESIRED SKILLS · Creativity and a strong visual sense.
