We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Residential Interiors)

Location: North Bengaluru

Experience: 3-4 Years (Strictly in Quantity Surveying for Premium Residential Interiors)

At The Unique Story, precision drives every project we deliver. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) who can develop accurate BOQs, prepare precise cost estimations, and ensure commercial excellence across luxury residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare detailed and error-free BOQs from design conceptualization through execution.

✅ Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations for:

- Custom carpentry
- Modular woodwork
- False ceilings
- Finishes and interior materials

✅ Conduct site measurements and verify actual site dimensions before procurement and budgeting. ✅ Track and manage Variation Orders (VOs) throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Verify, audit, and negotiate vendor and contractor invoices to ensure billing accuracy.

✅ Support commercial planning and cost control for turnkey residential interior projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)



or Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.

✔ Strong knowledge of interior materials, including:

- Plywood
- Laminates
- Veneers
- Hardware
- Stone
- Paint

✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations, and joinery details. ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.

✔ Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Experience in premium residential interior projects is mandatory.
