: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Experience: 3-4 Years

Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, cost estimates, and project budgets from drawings and specs
- Tendering: Assist in tender document preparation, vendor comparison, and subcontractor quotations
- Contract Management: Review contracts, variations, claims, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Valuation & Billing: Prepare interim valuations, RA bills, final bills, and check client/subcontractor invoices
- Site Support: Conduct site measurements, track material usage, and control wastage
- Reporting: Track project costs vs budget, forecast final cost, and provide monthly cost reports to management
- Standards: Ensure work complies with CPWD, IS codes, and company procedures





Required Qualifications: Education: B-Tech in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3-4 years as Quantity Surveyor in building construction / infrastructure / industrial projects

Proficiency in reading civil/architectural drawings and technical specifications

Key Skills:

- Technical: BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost control, billing, FIDIC/CPWD contracts
- Software: MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and QS software like CCS Candy, Buildsoft, or similar
- Other: Robust negotiation skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication
- Site exposure preferred for accurate measurement and coordination

Preferred Background: Projects: Residential towers, commercial buildings

Candidates with experience in handling client billing + subcontractor billing will be preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
