Role & responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for civil and structural projects.

- Conduct rate analysis, costing, and budget estimation.

- Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work quantities.

- Manage variations, deviations, claims, and change orders.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost commitments.

- Support tendering, quotation evaluation, and commercial negotiations.

- Review civil and structural drawings for quantity and scope accuracy.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.

- Prepare project cost MIS, reports, and cost tracking statements.

- Ensure effective cost control and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
