Position: Quality Supervisor

Industry: Electrical Manufacturing – Coils & Transformers

Job Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day quality activities in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained for coils, transformers and electrical components.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final quality inspection.
- Ensure proper inspection methods and testing procedures are followed.
- Identify quality issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and review quality-related documentation and records.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, NCRs, CAPA and other quality documents.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor rejection,



rework and process-related quality problems.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
- Lead and supervise quality activities and team members.

Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Electrical Manufacturing / Coils / Transformers.
- Strong knowledge of quality parameters and inspection techniques.
- Good knowledge of quality documentation and reporting.
- Experience handling quality processes in a manufacturing workplace.
- Knowledge of NCR, RCA, CAPA and corrective action processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise quality activities effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
