Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Quality Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor) to oversee project costs, estimations, material quantities, and quality standards across our civil construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tracking material consumption, conducting site measurements, verifying contractor bills, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Estimation &
- BOQ Preparation:

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, cost estimation, and material take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.

- Measurement &

- Billing:

Conduct joint site measurements with contractors, verify sub-contractor bills, certify work progress, and prepare client/RA (Running Account) bills.

- Cost Control &

- Budgeting:

Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets, analyze variation orders, and prepare reconciliation reports for major materials (cement, steel, aggregate, etc.).

- Quality Assurance &

- Verification:





Ensure that executed site work and materials conform to approved specifications, standards, and drawings before certifying measurements.

- Vendor &

- Subcontractor Management:

Evaluate sub-contractor quotes, assist in tender documentation, final settlement of accounts, and claim verifications.

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Maintain accurate site measurement books (MB), variation records, rate analysis sheets, and daily/weekly progress cost reports.
