Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and industry standards.

- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to improve patient care outcomes and reduce errors.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.

- Ensure timely reporting of adverse events, near misses, or sentinel events according to established protocols.

- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on latest trends in quality management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within the medical services/hospital industry.

- Bachelor's degree (BDS) from an accredited institution; additional certifications such as CAHO Fellowship or equivalent would be an added advantage.

- Robust knowledge of NABH Standards, Quality Management, Quality Audit, Quality Procedures, Patient Care, Health Care Services, Medical Services.
