Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage quality functions across multiple diagnostic locations pan India.
- Independently manage NABL and CAP accreditation processes end-to-end.
- Drive quality systems, audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements and documentation practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and location teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality processes.

Candidate Profile




- 8+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management within Specialty Diagnostics.
- Strong hands-on experience with NABL and CAP accreditation.
- Positive understanding of diagnostic laboratory quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Strong documentation, audit and compliance expertise.
- Ability to independently manage multi-location quality operations.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven and strong in stakeholder management.
